Payne Associates is run by previous directors of Coopers Lettings Centre (founded in 2001) from the merger of three already well established firms with roots dating back to 1911.

From our prominent City Centre office at 20 New Union Street (just down from the police station off ring road junction 5) we offer a comprehensive range of estate agency services including home sales covering all parts of the City, along with our well established lettings/property management client portfolio that is among the largest in Coventry.

Operated by directors Malcolm Margerrison, Tony Twigger and John Payne, we utilise state of the art software systems which integrate with our other two offices in the City at Daventry Road, Cheylesmore and Albany Road, Earlsdon.

Our consultant Chartered Surveyor, Peter Dick FRICS, is also available for a wide range of surveys and professional services enabling clients to benefit from his unrivalled reputation and expertise.
