About Coventry
A thriving multicultural city with some 300,000 residents, modern Coventry has something to offer everyone from the history of Lady Godiva to the facilities at the city’s new multi-million pound Leisure Arena.
As you would expect from a place that is home to two universities, Coventry has a great variety of nightlight offering a superb choice of restaurants bars and cafes. The Warwick Arts Centre is one of the busiest and best outside London and there are many art galleries, theatres and cinemas to enjoy. The city even boasts a unique outdoor art space stretching along five miles of canals.
Investment
The city has benefited from a vast investment programme in recent years highlighted by the state of the art Arena complex that opened in August 2005. The multi-purpose development contains exhibition halls, casino and health and fitness facilities, and is home to the Ricoh Arena, the home of Coventry City Football Club.
Housing
Coventry’s housing stock ranges from modern loft-style city-living apartments to Edwardian Villas, large semi and detached family properties and one-off unique developments and conversions.
Ongoing investment in housing, retail, leisure and business facilities in the area makes Coventry a stimulating, exciting and convenient place to live.
